- Once the caramel reaches the desired color, carefully pour it into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, swirling the pan to coat the bottom evenly. Be cautious as the caramel will be very hot. Set aside to cool and harden.
2. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
3. Prepare the Chocolate Mixture:
- Fill a medium saucepan about one-third full with water and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set it over the simmering water, ensuring the bowl does not touch the water.
