Evenly divide the batter among the prepared pudding molds or ramekins. Leave a little space at the top to allow them to rise.

For the sauce, evenly sprinkle an additional tablespoon of cocoa powder and 1/4 cup (60g) of brown sugar on top of each pudding. Carefully pour hot water over the top of each pudding, approximately halfway up the sides of the ramekin. This will form the self-saucing layer as it bakes.
7. Bake:
Place the pudding molds on a baking tray. Bake them in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is set and a skewer inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
