2. Marinate the Beef Fillets:
- Place the beef fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the prepared marinade over the beef, ensuring each fillet is well-coated.
- Cover and let the beef marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a more intense flavor.
3. Prepare the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded Chinese cabbage, Chinese peas, and coriander leaves.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the fish sauce and lime juice to create the salad dressing.
