Instructions:

1. Prep the Ingredients:
- Eggs: Crack the 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them until they are well mixed. Set aside.

2. Toast the Sesame Seeds:
- Place a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the sesame seeds.
- Toast the sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly until they are golden brown and fragrant. Be careful not to burn them.
- Remove the toasted sesame seeds from the skillet and set them aside.
3. Cook the Broccoli:
- In the same skillet, add the olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the broccoli florets.
- Stir-fry the broccoli for 4-5 minutes, until it is tender but still crisp. You can add a splash of water to the pan and cover it to help steam the broccoli if necessary.
- Remove the broccoli from the skillet and set it aside.
4. Make the Egg Ribbons:
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add the sesame oil to the skillet.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet.

5. Combine and Season:
- Return the broccoli to the skillet with the eggs.
- Sprinkle in the red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.

- Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the stir-fry.
