Instructions:

1. Prepare Ingredients:

- Roughly chop the almonds.
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
- Drain and rinse the canned lentils.
2. Cook Onions and Almonds:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large, deep skillet or a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onions to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until they are soft and translucent.
- Add the roughly chopped almonds and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the almonds are lightly toasted.
3. Cook the Beef:
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook it for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until it is browned and cooked through.
4. Add the Curry Paste:
- Stir in the 2 tablespoons of curry paste, ensuring the beef and onions are well-coated. Cook for another 2 minutes to incorporate the flavors.
