Ingredients:

16 oz whole-wheat pasta

1/2 cup sweet corn

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:
- Fill a large pot with water and add a dash of salt.
- Bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat.
- Add the whole-wheat pasta to the boiling water.
- Cook according to the package instructions until the pasta is al dente (usually about 8-12 minutes).
2. Prepare Other Ingredients:
- While the pasta is cooking, drain the can of artichokes and cut them into quarters if they are not already quartered.
- Measure out 1/2 cup of sweet corn and set aside.
3. Combine Ingredients:
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the sweet corn and artichokes to the bowl with the pasta.
4. Add Olive Oil and Seasoning:
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the pasta, corn, and artichokes.
