2. Cook the Beef Fillets:
- Season the beef fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the beef fillets.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.
- Remove the beef fillets from the skillet and let them rest for at least 5 minutes.
3. Cook the Shrimps:
- While the beef is resting, prepare the shrimps.
