Welcome to our warm cauliflower salad recipe! This delightful dish features a delicious blend of spices and textures, combining roasted cauliflower, crunchy pine nuts, sweet raisins, and fresh spinach. Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the Cauliflower:
Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
3. Season the Cauliflower:
Drizzle the olive oil over the cauliflower florets. Add the ground cumin, turmeric powder, and cinnamon. Toss the cauliflower to ensure all pieces are evenly coated with the oil and spices.
4. Roast the Cauliflower:
Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25–30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly golden brown. Stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.
5. Toast the Pine Nuts:
While the cauliflower is roasting, heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add the pine nuts and toast them, stirring frequently, until they are golden brown and fragrant (about 3–5 minutes). Be careful not to burn them. Once toasted, remove from heat and set aside.
6. Combine Ingredients:
In a large serving bowl, add the roasted cauliflower, toasted pine nuts, and raisins. Mix gently to combine.
7. Add Spinach:
Just before serving, add the fresh spinach to the warm cauliflower mixture. Toss gently until the spinach wilts slightly from the heat of the cauliflower.
8. Serve:
Serve your warm cauliflower salad immediately. It pairs wonderfully with a variety of main dishes or can be enjoyed on its own as a light meal.
