Instructions:

3. Prepare the Vegetables and Herbs:
- While the couscous is cooking, peel and dice the cucumber into small cubes.
- Finely chop the fresh parsley.
4. Combine Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked couscous, dried cranberries, diced cucumber, and chopped parsley.
