3. Mash the Potatoes:

- Mash the potatoes using a potato masher or ricer until they are smooth and free of lumps.
4. Mix in the Ingredients:
- Add the egg yolks, black pepper, and water to the mashed potatoes. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
5. Piping the Potatoes:
