- Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges or bite-sized chunks, as preferred.
3. Mix the Vegetables:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced fennel and the tomato wedges.
4. Make the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
5. Combine Everything:
- Drizzle the dressing over the fennel and tomatoes in the large bowl.
