Instructions:

- Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
3. Combine Ingredients:
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and cook for another minute.
- Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Carefully pour off any excess grease from the beef mixture.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, fresh parsley, and bread crumbs. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients evenly.
4. Prepare the Pastry:
- On a clean, lightly floured surface, lay out the puff pastry sheets.
- Cut each sheet in half to create four rectangular pieces (approx. 10x12 inches).

- Place a generous amount of the meat mixture along one long edge of each pastry rectangle.
- Brush the opposite edge of the pastry with beaten egg to help seal.
- Carefully roll the pastry from the meat-filled edge to the egg-brushed edge, sealing the meat inside.
- Repeat for all pastry rectangles.

- Cut each rolled pastry log into roughly 2-inch pieces. You should get about 6 pieces from each log, making a total of 24 sausage rolls.
- Place the sausage rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the sausage rolls with the remaining beaten egg to give them a golden brown glaze.
