Instructions:

2. Prepare the Bread:
- Cut each slice of white bread into quarters, resulting in 16 smaller pieces.
- Optionally, you can toast or grill the bread pieces until they are golden brown and crispy.
3. Prepare the Tomato Topping:
- Grate the tomatoes into a bowl. You can use a coarse grater and grate the flesh, leaving the skin behind.
- Mix in a pinch of salt to taste. Set aside.
4. Sauté the Broad Beans and Red Pepper:
- In a medium pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped red pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the broad beans to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
5. Prepare the Garlic:
- Peel the garlic cloves and cut off the ends.
- Rub each piece of bread with the garlic cloves to impart a subtle garlic flavor.
6. Assemble the Tapas:
- Spread a spoonful of the grated tomato mixture onto each piece of garlic-rubbed bread.
- Top with a generous spoonful of the sautéed broad beans and red pepper mixture.
