Instructions:

- Drizzle with half of the olive oil (¼ cup) and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized, stirring occasionally.
4. Prepare Chicken:
- Heat the remaining ¼ cup of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
