This Spicy Steak with Sweet Potato dish is a delightful blend of rich flavors and textures. The beef fillets are marinated with a robust mix of garlic, chili powder, and oregano, then grilled to perfection. Instructions:

- In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano, 1/3 cup of vinegar, and 2/3 cup of olive oil until well combined.
- Set aside about 1/4 cup of this mixture for later use as a sauce.
5. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
6. Toss with Olive Oil:
- Toss the sweet potato chunks in a bowl with a little bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
7. Roast:
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast them in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly crispy on the edges, turning once halfway through cooking.
9. Cook Fillets:
- Remove the beef fillets from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
- Cook the beef fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
