Ingredients:

2 tbsp milk (1% fat)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Potatoes:
- Peel and chop the potatoes into even pieces.
- Place them in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
- Cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes or until they are fork-tender.
2. Cook the Peas:
- While the potatoes are boiling, bring a smaller pot of water to a boil.
- Add the peas and cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
- Drain the peas and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Pea Mash:
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until warm.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
- Add the cooked peas, warm milk, and chopped garlic to a food processor or blender.
- Process until the mixture is smooth, adding a little extra milk if needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside and keep warm.
4. Cook the Beef Fillets:
- Pat the beef fillets dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and lightly spray with the cooking spray oil.
- Add the beef fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

- Add a beef fillet on top of the mash.
