Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pumpkin:

2. Prepare the Chicken Schnitzel:
- Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing them horizontally into two thinner pieces.
- Place each piece between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them with a meat mallet until they’re about 1/4 inch thick.
