Instructions:

- In a small bowl, combine 1 tsp of ground cumin, 1 tsp of dried coriander, 2 tsp of paprika, and 1 tsp of sesame seeds. Mix well.
4. Prepare the Broccoli Steaks:
- Wash and trim the broccoli. Cut the broccoli head lengthwise to form 1-inch thick ‘steaks’. You should get 2-3 steaks per broccoli head, depending on size.
- Place the broccoli steaks on a baking sheet. Brush both sides with olive oil and sprinkle the prepared spice mixture evenly over them.

- Roast the broccoli steaks in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through. They should be tender and slightly charred on the edges.
