Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- If using canned sweet corn, drain and rinse them. If using fresh, cook the corn until tender and let it cool.
- Chop the fresh tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the turkey ham into thin strips or bite-sized pieces if not already pre-sliced.
- Rinse and shred the lettuce.
2. Make the Tomato-Corn Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, chopped fresh tomatoes, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Drizzle the vegetable oil and vinegar over the mixture.
- Toss gently to mix well and evenly coat the vegetables with the oil and vinegar. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
3. Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface.
- Place a generous handful of shredded lettuce in the center of each tortilla, spreading it out a bit.
- Add about a quarter of the tomato-corn mixture on top of the lettuce.
- Layer the sliced turkey ham evenly over the vegetables.
4. Wrap It Up:
- Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling.
