Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cooking Liquid:
- Fill a large pot with 20 cups of water.
- Add 3 tablespoons of salt.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the pot; then add the lemon halves as well.
2. Cook the Shrimp:
- Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- Add the 5 shrimps to the pot and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer the shrimp to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Once cooled, peel and devein the shrimp, then chop them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
3. Prepare the Salad Dressing:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of mayonnaise salad dressing, 1 teaspoon of mustard, and 1 fluid ounce of white wine.
- Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of black pepper and mix well.
4. Assemble the Salad:
- Finely chop 6 tablespoons of fresh dill and add it to the bowl with the salad dressing.
- Add 1 cup of finely chopped onion and 6 finely chopped celery stalks.
- Gently fold in the chopped shrimp until well combined.
5. Chill the Salad:
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

- Once chilled, give the salad a good stir. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
