Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cauliflower:

- Toss the cauliflower florets with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and the red pepper flakes.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 25-30 minutes, until golden and tender.
2. Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the whole-wheat pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta, reserving about 1 cup of the pasta cooking water.
3. Make the Sauce:
- In a large pan over medium heat, add the remaining olive oil.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and slightly golden.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the roasted cauliflower to the pan and toss to combine.
