Instructions:

- Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into 1-inch pieces.
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes if they are large.
- Dice the red bell pepper into small pieces.
- Mince the garlic clove finely.
2. Cook the Vegetables:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add the green beans and edamame, and blanch for about 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender.
- Remove the green beans and edamame with a slotted spoon and immediately place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain after a few minutes.
- In the same boiling water, blanch the cauliflower florets for about 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. Transfer them to the ice water bowl and drain after a few minutes.
3. Combine the Vegetables:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the blanched green beans, edamame, cauliflower florets, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced red bell pepper.
4. Prepare the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, vinegar, and fresh thyme leaves until well combined.
5. Dress the Salad:
- Pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
6. Season and Serve:
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
