Ingredients:

2.50 cups all-purpose white wheat flour

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough:

- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
2. First Rise:
- Place the kneaded dough into a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm, draft-free area for about 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
3. Prepare the Filling:
- While the dough is rising, wash and roughly chop the spinach. Set it aside.
- Crumble the feta cheese into a small bowl and set it aside as well.
4. Shape the Dough:
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down gently to release the air.
- Place it back on the floured surface and roll it out into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
5. Add the Filling:
- Evenly distribute the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese over the dough rectangle.
6. Assemble the Pull-Apart Bread:
- Roll the dough up tightly from one of the long sides to form a log.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.
7. Second Rise:
- Arrange the slices, cut-side up, in a greased baking dish or on a lined baking sheet, slightly overlapping them.
- Cover the assembled dough with a towel and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
8. Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Once the dough has risen for the second time, bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
