Avocado BLT Baguettes are a delightful and hearty twist on the classic BLT sandwich. Instructions:

1. Prepare the Bacon:

- Bake the bacon in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until crispy. Once done, transfer the bacon strips to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess fat. Set aside to cool.
2. Create the Cream Cheese Mixture:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice, and chopped chives. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
3. Prepare the Avocado:
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a small bowl. Gently mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Set aside.
4. Assemble the Baguettes:
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and then cut each half into smaller sandwich-sized pieces.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto the bottom half of each baguette piece.
- Spoon and spread the mashed avocado evenly on top of the cream cheese layer.
5. Add the Toppings:
