Ingredients:

- Once cooked, transfer the bacon strips to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease. After they cool, crumble or chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
3. Prepare the Eggs:
- Place 2 eggs in a small pot and cover them with water.
- Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10-12 minutes.
- After this time, drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water. This makes them easier to peel.
- Once cool, peel the eggs and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
4. Prepare the Vegetables:
- Wash and roughly chop the 4 cups of lettuce.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Dice the avocado.
