- Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
2. Prepare the Chicken Paillards:
- Lay the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap. Using the flat side of a meat mallet or a rolling pin, gently pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/4 inch.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the remaining 3/4 tsp salt (4g) and 1/2 tsp black pepper (1.05g).
