- Cook the rice according to the package instructions, and then let it cool.
3. Prepare Prosciutto:
- In a large skillet, heat half of the olive oil (2 tablespoons) over medium heat.
- Add the prosciutto slices and cook until crispy. Remove them from the skillet, crumble, and set aside.

- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil.
