- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon (5g) of sugar over the yogurt and mint mixture.
3. Mix:
- Using a spoon or small whisk, mix the ingredients together thoroughly until the spearmint and sugar are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.
4. Taste & Adjust:
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding a little more sugar, depending on your preference.
5. Serve:
