Ingredients:

- Squeeze fresh lemon juice to obtain 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Thinly slice the smoked salmon if not pre-sliced.
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, then separate them for serving.
2. Make the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, combine the chopped scallions, capers, dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Add the olive oil and mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Assemble the Bites:
- Lay out the lettuce leaves on a platter.
- Place a small piece of smoked salmon on each lettuce leaf.
- Spoon a small amount of the dressing over the salmon on each leaf.
4. Serving:
