- Beat the eggs and mix them into the flour-sugar mixture.
- Pour the frothy yeast mixture into the bowl. Mix everything together until a dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface or use a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment until the dough is smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes.
3. First Rise:
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
