Ingredients:

1 carrot

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Vegetables:
- Peel and julienne the carrot into thin matchstick-like strips.
- Slice the mushrooms thinly.
- Cut the cucumber into thin strips or rounds as per your preference.
- Lightly steam or microwave the broccoli spears for 1-2 minutes until tender but still crisp. Once cooled, chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the tomato into 3 even slices.
2. Assemble the Wrap:
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the surface of the tortilla, leaving a small margin around the edges.
3. Layer the Veggies:
- Start by placing the carrot strips in a line down the center of the tortilla.
- Add the sliced mushrooms on top of the carrots.
- Layer the cucumber next, followed by the chopped broccoli.
- Finally, arrange the tomato slices on top.
4. Add Dressing:
- Drizzle the ranch dressing evenly over the assembled vegetables.
5. Wrap it Up:
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards towards the center.
- Starting from the bottom edge, roll the tortilla up tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to keep the filling inside.
6. Serve:
- Cut the wrap in half diagonally, if desired, for easier handling and a more appealing presentation.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh veggie wrap!
