- Add the asparagus, red bell pepper, and peas. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Cook the Shrimp:
- In the same skillet with the vegetables, push the vegetables to one side and add the shrimp to the other side. Season the shrimp with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp white pepper.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Mix everything together.

- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped parsley, 3/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp white pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
