3. Blend the Pumpkin Seeds:
- In a food processor, add the 1.5 cups of pumpkin seeds. Pulse until they are finely ground into a coarse flour-like consistency.
4. Mix Everything Together:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup of dried parsley, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of spearmint, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

5. Shape the Fat Bombs:
