Instructions:

2. Make the Sauce:
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, water, and brown sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside.
3. Prep Tofu:
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
4. Cook Tofu:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook until all sides are golden brown. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
5. Stir-fry Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until they start to become tender but still have some crunch.
6. Cook the Eggs:
- Push the broccoli to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs on the empty side.
- Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then mix them into the broccoli.
