Instructions:

1. Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm water (about 38-40°C or 100-104°F) with the sugar and yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy and bubbly.
- Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough starts to form.
- Add the olive oil and continue to mix until the dough is well combined and smooth. You can knead the dough by hand for about 5-7 minutes or use a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment for about 3-5 minutes on medium speed.
2. First Rise:
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
3. Prepare the Herb and Cheese Mixture:
- While the dough is rising, combine the fresh parsley, thyme, basil, minced garlic, and crumbled feta cheese in a small bowl. Set aside.
4. Shape the Dough:
- Once the dough has doubled in size, punch it down to release any air bubbles.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll it into approximately a 12x12 inch square.
- Evenly sprinkle the herb and cheese mixture over the entire surface of the rolled-out dough.
5. Create the Pull-Apart Bread:

- Stack the strips on top of one another and then cut into small sections, about 2 inches long.

6. Second Rise:
